Pac III: The Most in a Single Gas Monitor The Smartest Technology - The Hygiene version of the Pac III is available for any application that requires documentation and calculation of exposures against the TWA, STEL, or Ceiling values. The Pac III is able to record and store in excess of 125 hours @ 1 minute intervals of gas exposure. The averaging period is adjustable to extend the recording length, or shorten the averaging period for better resolution of quickly changing conditions. The Pac III connects to your computer via a standard RS-232, 9-pin connector. This information is fed to Draeger's “GasVision” Software. This Windows based program provides graphic, spread sheet, or combined analysis of the collected data. The integrated search engine allows you to recall stored data by the gas, date, or person you were monitoring. This makes data management an easy task.The Pac III Monitor delivers the most! It is not uncommon to work in environments that are hot, cold, wet, dirty, or affected by corrosive gases. Easy Operation The Pac III is one tough little instrument, but very easy to operate. The three buttons on the front of the unit turn it ON, OFF, and access routinely needed data like battery levels. Operational Display The large display constantly communicates information to the user. The gas concentration is continuously shown in large numbers for quick analysis of the situation. Below the concentration is the measurement unit (ppm or % Vol.) and the gas being measured (eg: CO, CL2, PH3, etc.). Alarm levels (eg: A1 or A2 characters) are also shown in the display. The bottom line of the display is reserved for special information characters. For example, a battery icon tells you when there is a low battery condition. All alarms and warnings are announced with an audible and visual signal and a display message or character. The Pac III communicates the information you want and need to know. Menu-Driven Functions - Functions such as calibration and alarm set points are adjusted through plain language menu commands.
