Commercial / Professional Use
Products sold are intended for professional and commercial use by trained personnel. Buyer is solely responsible for proper product selection, use, installation, inspection, maintenance, training, and compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.
No Safety Consulting
We do not provide safety consulting, professional advice, or legal advice. Product information is provided for general reference only. Buyer must determine suitability for the intended application.
Pricing and Order Acceptance
Prices may change without notice. We may cancel or refuse orders due to errors, availability, suspected fraud, or other reasons. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until processed.
Shipping; Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise stated in writing, shipments are FOB shipping point. Risk of loss transfers to buyer when the shipment is tendered to the carrier. Buyer is responsible for freight charges unless otherwise stated.
Inspection and Claims
Inspect shipments upon delivery. Note visible damage/shortage on the delivery receipt and notify us promptly. Carrier claim requirements may apply.
Returns
Returns require prior authorization (RMA). Due to hygiene, contamination, and safety concerns, certain products may be non-returnable. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and may be subject to restocking fees. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law or we confirm an error in writing.
Manufacturer Warranties
Products are manufactured by third parties and may be covered by manufacturer warranties. We will provide available warranty information upon request.

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or purchases shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in or near Midland County, Michigan, with a single arbitrator. You waive the right to participate in a class action. Court proceedings are permitted only to enforce an arbitration award or seek injunctive relief where allowed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
