The D-ReX® was designed specifically for the requirements of the semiconductor industry, but will also significantly increase the safety of any other application where toxic, corrosive or combustible gases need to be monitored.One system for every requirement
The D-ReX® is a standalone gas detection device for a variety of different applications. The diffusion version monitors atmospheric gases at the Point of use (PoU). Gases in places that are hard or impossible to reach, such as pipe systems, can be monitored with an external sensor up to 100 feet away from the Point of Installation (PoI). If you need to sample gases from another room, a gas cabinet or a closed system – the Point of Sampling (PoS) – and check it in a safe environment, our D-ReX with integrated pump is the best choice. For gases that require a pyrolyzer, we offer the additional Py-ReX module.
The D-ReX® gas monitoring series is a new level of versatility in fixed gas detection; diffusion mode gas detection at the point of use (PoU), remote diffusion mode gas detection at the point of installation (PoI), and extraction mode gas detection at the point of sampling (PoS).
The D-ReX® gas detector series lets you choose between different measuring methods to ensure you are using the ideal solution for every requirement. You can choose between Diffusion mode, Remote monitoring and eXtraction.
A wide range of durable smart sensors, covering all important gases of the semiconductor industry as well as the relevant measuring ranges, is available for the D-ReX.
Gases are used in many areas of application and process steps of the semiconductor industry. This results in a wide variety of associated requirements for measuring methods, sensors, measuring ranges and communication. D-ReX® PoI
The external sensor of the D-ReX PoI can be mounted in a location up to 100 feet away from the device to monitor toxic, combustible and corrosive gases. Its reliable alarm system, clear information display and wide range of communication options, including Bluetooth® and Power over Ethernet, are what sets it apart.
The external sensor can be installed directly on pipe systems, gas cabinets and other hard-to-reach locations so that the actual gas detector can be mounted at eye level for easy access and inspection.
A wide range of durable smart sensors, covering all important gases of the semiconductor industry as well as the relevant measuring ranges, is available for the D-ReX. The D-ReX allows you to select the ideal combination of measurement method and sensor for every requirement.

D-ReX® PoS Point of Sampling Extraction Mode
D-ReX® PoS
Thanks to the D-ReX PoS‘s built-in pump, toxic, flammable and corrosive gases can be monitored up to 100 feet away. Its reliable alarm system, clear information display and wide range of communication options, including Bluetooth® and Power over Ethernet, are what sets it apart.
The D-ReX PoS has the optional ablity to monitor the integrity of the hose, called LIM (Line integrity Monitoring). It uses an analytic process to analyze the negative pressure in the hose created by a check valve or capacity part. An additional pressure sensor will measure the ambient pressure for comparison. As soon as the ratio changes, the hose will draw in air. Add the optional Pyrolyzer module to the D-ReX for an even wider range of detectable gases.Includes:
